Our office is located in Tathawade, right near the JSPM Shahu College. We are situated along the Pune-Mumbai Bypass Highway, which means there is a constant sound of trucks and cars rushing past. It is a growing area with a lot of new buildings popping up. We are at Survey Number 80. The location is convenient because it is easy to hop on the highway, but the dust from the road can be a bit much sometimes. We have a decent-sized space where we manage our pharmaceutical work. It is mostly a lot of coordination and planning. We have a small group of people who have been with us for a while. We aren't big on formal meetings; we usually just talk across the desks to get things done. The office has some old furniture and a few plants that we try to keep alive. We spend a lot of time on the phone with distributors. Sometimes students from the college walk past and it reminds us how much the area has changed lately. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just what we need to stay organized. It’s a practical place to work. We have our routine of morning tea and checking the mail. We just try to keep things moving and make sure our orders are handled correctly every single day. It can be a bit hectic but we find our way through.
