Flobhi Contractor Private Limited is based in Baramati, out in the MIDC area. Specifically, we are at Plot 51, Row House No.1 in Phase III of Green Park. It’s a bit of a different setup being in a row house, but it makes for a comfortable and quiet place to work. Being in the MIDC zone means we are close to a lot of the industrial activity that happens in this part of Maharashtra. We handle contracting work, which can mean anything from small repairs to larger structural jobs. It keeps our days interesting because you never quite know what the next call will be about. Baramati is a growing town, and there’s always something new being built. Our office is a bit of a hub where we coordinate our crews and keep track of materials. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a practical home base for our operations. We usually have a few people coming in and out throughout the day. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to; we'd much rather be out where the work is actually happening. It's a simple way of doing business, but it's worked for us so far. We like the Green Park area because it’s a bit more relaxed than the city center, but still close enough to everything we need. Most of our work comes through word of mouth, so we just focus on the task.
