Flagship Buildcon Llp

Our office is located at Flagship Buildcon Llp, tucked inside the Venkatesh Meher Apartments. We are over on Ghole Road in Shivajinagar. It’s a pretty central spot in Pune, 411005. The building itself is an older apartment block, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We like it that way. Being on Ghole Road means we are close to everything. We handle building projects and construction work from this small space. It gets crowded with blueprints and files sometimes. Most days, someone is out on a site while others stay back to handle the phone calls. We aren’t a huge corporation, just a group of people trying to build things right. The neighbors in the apartment are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. We’ve been at this address, 1187-22, for a bit. It’s easy to find if you know the landmark, but the street numbers can be tricky sometimes. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist, you just walk in. Working in Shivajinagar keeps us busy because there is always something happening nearby. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks of construction management. It’s practical work. We drink a lot of tea and look over plans. If you are looking for us, just head towards Ghole Road and look for the Venkatesh Meher sign. We are usually around during regular hours.
