FIVE STAR LIFESPACES LLP

We are located in the Rainbow Plaza building over in Rahatani, which is a growing part of Pune. Our office is on the third floor, taking up units 309 and 310. It’s a decent-sized space for Five Star Lifespaces, but it’s definitely not a corporate showroom. We have some desks, a few chairs for when people visit, and a lot of filing cabinets. The plaza can get quite busy in the evenings when the shops downstairs are full, but our floor stays a bit more regular. We spend a lot of time looking at site maps and talking about construction schedules. Rahatani is a good place for us to be because there is so much building happening around here. We aren't fancy people; we just focus on the projects we have in hand. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of paperwork to finish up, and we usually just order some tea from the stall nearby. We’ve been here for a bit now and the team knows the local area well. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Most of the people who know us just come by the office to talk. It's a practical way to run a business, and we prefer it that way. It’s just us working out of a couple of rooms in a shopping plaza.
