Filtered Properties Private Limited is our small operation located in Gultekdi. We are on the fourth floor of Suyog Centre, in office number 402. Gultekdi is a busy area, but our office stays relatively quiet most of the time. Property matters take up our days, including handling the paperwork and the back-and-forth that comes with it. The building itself is easy enough to find once you are in the neighborhood. This spot has been our home for a while now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a few desks and some filing cabinets for all the documents being managed. A lot of time is spent on the phone or looking at floor plans and deeds. It’s honest work that keeps us on our toes. Sometimes clients drop by to sign things or drop off papers, and someone has to clear off a chair for them. Usually, there is some tea going in the corner. There’s a lot of walking back and forth to other offices in the area too. The four flights of stairs are a bit of a workout if the lift is acting up, which happens more than anyone would like. Getting the property details right for everyone involved is the main goal. It’s a local business, run by people who know the area well. Big words or fancy systems aren't used here, just plain old hard work and keeping things organized. It's a bit dusty with all the papers, but we manage.
