Ferme De Marins Resorts & Farms Llp is based in the Pashan area of Pune. We are in Building No. B1101 at Montvert Altesse CHS, which is on Pashan Sus Road. You can find us right behind the Union Bank. It’s a nice residential society, and we have our office space set up there. Being at S.No. 129/2 gives us a bit of a quieter spot away from the main road noise. We deal with resort and farm management from this location. It’s a lot of coordinating between different sites and keeping track of all the small details that go into running those kinds of places. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few computers and a big table where we sit and figure things out. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a lobby or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We like the vibe of Pashan-Sus Road because it’s a bit greener than the rest of the city. It fits with the whole resort and farm theme of Ferme De Marins Resorts & Farms Llp. We’ve been in this building for a bit and have a good routine down. We aren't trying to grow into some massive company overnight. We just want to do a good job with the projects we have right now. It’s a small group of us, and we all pitch in on everything. That’s just how we like to run things here in Pune, without making things more complicated than they need to be.
