We are over at Shop No 1 and 2 in the Gera Garden building. It’s a well-known spot in Koregaon Park, mostly because we are so close to St Meera College. You’ll often see students walking past our doors all day. Handling parcels and mail keeps us pretty busy from the moment we unlock the doors in the morning. It’s a lot of scanning, weighing boxes, and printing out labels that sometimes jam the printer. We don't have time for fancy decorations, so the shop is mostly just counters and stacks of packaging material. Koregaon Park is a nice area, though the parking can be a real headache if you come at the wrong time. We try to help people get their stuff sent out as quickly as we can without making mistakes on the addresses. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there's a steady stream of people bringing in envelopes and boxes. The staff here has been doing this for a while, so we know the routine. We don't really have a big corporate philosophy we talk about; we just focus on making sure the parcels get into the right bins for the trucks to pick up. It's practical work. We see a lot of different faces every day, and that makes the time go by faster. It’s a bit of a repetitive job, but we don’t mind it much as long as the coffee is hot.
