Fariyas Group Of Hotels

Our office is located at 442/D Camp 11 Cross, right in the Clover Centre. If you know Pune, you know how busy the 20th Main road can get. We’ve been operating the Fariyas Group Of Hotels from this spot for a long time. It’s not a huge fancy office. Just where we handle the bookings and the paperwork. Managing hotels takes a lot of time, so someone is usually here at the desk. The 411001 area is a good place to be based because it’s central. We deal with guests and staff from all over. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and the paperwork piles up, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some giant global corporation with robots answering the phone. We’re just people who know the hotel business. You might have seen our sign if you've walked through Clover Centre. It’s a bit of a maze in there sometimes. We keep our doors open and just get on with the day’s work. There’s always something to fix or a room to check on at one of the properties. We don't use fancy scripts when we talk to people. Just normal conversation. If you need to find us, just head to the 20th Main. We’ve been part of this community for years and plan to stay that way. It's a simple setup we have here. Just regular work every day and keeping things moving.
