Our office for Experor Land Developers Llp is at Level 8 of Solitaire World in Baner. If you know where the Bangalore Highway is, we’re right there, across from Regency Classic. We’ve been in this space for a bit now, focusing on land projects. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making calls, to be honest. We deal with the practical side of developing land, which means lots of visits to government offices and sites. We keep our team small so we can stay on top of everything. The 8th floor is a nice place to work, even if we are mostly looking at spreadsheets all day. We don't go in for all that corporate branding stuff. We’re just regular people doing a job. Baner has changed so much since we started, and it’s interesting to be part of that. Sometimes things go smoothly, and sometimes they don't, but that’s just the nature of the business. We try to keep our feet on the ground. Our office isn't overly decorated; it’s just a place to work. We have a lot of respect for the land we work with. It takes a lot of patience to see a project through from start to finish. We’re okay with that. We just take it one step at a time and try not to overcomplicate things. It's a lot of work but someone has to do it.
