Exito Infrastructure Private Limited

Exito Infrastructure is run from Mahavir Nagar in Pune, specifically out of a flat in the H' Co-Op Society. We are located at Hingane, Survey Number 15, and our main desk is in Flat 28. It is a residential area, so it’s pretty quiet compared to the main roads. We decided to set up here because it is easy to manage things without the high costs of a city center office. Most of our time isn't even spent in the flat; we are usually out at different infrastructure sites across Pune. Building roads or handling civil works takes a lot of legwork, and we spend hours driving from one end of the city to the other. In the office, it’s mostly just filing papers, checking the accounts, and planning the next day’s labor. We don't have any flashy signs outside. It is just a regular door like any other neighbor’s. We keep things very straightforward here. If a project comes up, we look at the requirements, get the machinery ready, and start the work. There are always hurdles with the weather or getting the right materials delivered to the Pune-Pune outskirts, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s hard work and the hours are long, but we’ve been doing this for a while and we know the local landscape well.
