Evermark Cityscapes Llp has an office in the Gold Field Complex on Sasoon Road. Being right across from Wadia College means the area is always full of life and energy. It’s a good place to work from. We are a small firm that looks at urban development and city projects. Only a few of us make up the team, and we have been in this business for a long time. Our office isn't very big and it’s usually quite cluttered with old project files and maps of the city. Having a shiny, corporate image doesn't interest us. We’d rather be known for just getting the job done. Sasoon Road is a busy part of town and we like being in the middle of it all. Some days we spend the whole afternoon arguing over a single detail of a project, but that’s just part of the process. Big marketing speeches aren't our way. We just take on projects that look interesting and try to do our best with them. We’ve seen the city change quite a bit from our window in the Gold Field Complex. It’s nice to feel like we are a small part of that. Being honest and practical about everything we do is our approach. If a project isn't going to work, we say so. We think people appreciate that kind of directness. It’s just how we operate.
