We've been at H. No. 510492 in Urali Kanchan for a while now. Everland Buildcon LLP is just a group of us working on construction projects around this part of Pune. It’s a bit out of the main city, but that’s where the work is. Most days you’ll find us dealing with materials or checking on sites. It gets dusty and the weather isn't always helpful, but we keep at it. People know where the office is if they need to talk. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a desk and some chairs where we handle the paperwork. It’s hard work, and sometimes things go slower than we want because of supply issues or rain. That's just how it goes in this business. We started here because the area was growing. My family has been around Pune for years, so sticking to Tal Havlei felt right. We mostly look after the local building needs and try to make sure things get finished. It isn't always perfect, but we put in the hours. If you're looking for us, we're right there near the village side. We don't spend much time on the computer, mostly we're out on the ground. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure the walls go up straight. We've seen a lot of changes in the local landscape lately. We try to be fair with our neighbors and the people we hire from around here. It’s just us.
