ETAT GREEN BUILDCON(OPC) PRIVATELIMITED

Anjuman Colony is where we have set things up. House number 41 in the Konka area, near Dipu Toli. We do construction work here under the name ETAT GREEN BUILDCON (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. It is just a small office really. Most days are spent looking at plans or dealing with site stuff. Being an OPC means things are handled pretty directly. The neighborhood is busy, people walking by all the time. We have been around this part of town for a bit now. Sometimes the rain slows things down, but that is just how it goes in building. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. It is mostly about getting the materials to the right spot and making sure the labor is sorted. You can find us easily if you know where the Konka area is. There is always some noise from the street. It is not fancy or anything. Just desks, some maps on the wall, and coffee when it is cold. We talk to locals about their houses and what they need built. It takes time to get everything right with permits and all that paperwork. We just stay here in Dipu Toli and try to keep things moving. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on cement or bricks. That is our day-to-day life here in the colony.
