We’ve been running Esvee Dream Homes Llp out of our spot in Transportnagari for a while now. Plot No Sdc S23 is where you’ll find us if you’re driving through Pradhikaran. It’s a busy part of Pune, mostly because of all the transport activity, so there is always a lot of dust and noise around the office. We spend most of our days looking at floor plans and talking to contractors about different projects. Sometimes the site visits take up the whole afternoon, especially with the Pune traffic being what it is. We aren't a huge team, just a few people trying to make sense of the housing market here. It gets a bit overwhelming when three different people are calling about the same piece of land, but we manage. People usually drop by the office after lunch once the sun isn’t so harsh. We have a small table where we spread out all the blueprints and documents. It’s not a fancy setup, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files piled up in the corners. We try to keep things simple because construction is already complicated enough. Most of our work involves checking on sites and making sure the labor shows up on time. Pradhikaran has changed quite a bit since we started, with new buildings popping up every month. We just keep our heads down and handle the paperwork and the on-site stuff as it comes. It's honest work.
