ESTEBAN DEVELOPMENT LLP

We’ve been set up at Konark Estate 9 for a while now. Most people know the D building on Connaught Road. If you are looking for us, we're in Shop D G IB. Esteban Development LLP is just a small team here in Pune. It gets pretty busy around this part of the city, especially near the main road. We handle a lot of the day-to-day paperwork and planning right from this office. It’s not a huge place, but it works for what we do. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we’re usually at our desks by nine. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some of the older buildings are still around, but there's a lot of new stuff coming up too. We just try to keep our heads down and get the work done. If you're coming by, look for the sign near the entrance of the estate. It’s easier to find than it sounds on paper. We share the floor with a few other businesses, so it's a bit of a mix. People come in and out all day. We keep things pretty simple here. No fancy furniture or anything, just enough desks for the staff and a place to keep all the files. Pune 411001 is a central spot, so at least we're close to everything we need. We usually have some chai around four in the afternoon.
