Essem Metabuild Private Limited is located at Survey Number 85/86 in Kalpataru Estate, which is over in Jawalkar Nagar, Pimple Gurav. Our office is right here in Pune, and we’ve been working out of this spot for quite some time. We do a lot of work involving metal and building structures, hence the name, but we don’t make a big deal out of it. It’s mostly just us and our tools and our plans. The estate is a decent place to work, though finding parking can be a headache sometimes for our visitors. Inside the office, it’s mostly just stacks of paper and the sound of people talking on phones. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. If something needs to be done, whoever is free just does it. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and making sure the fabrication or the building work is actually going according to the sketches we made. It’s a lot of manual coordination and checking things twice. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up a quote or a project plan, but that’s just the nature of the construction business in Pune. We’re just a group of people who enjoy the process of putting things together and seeing a project go from an idea to a finished building. We don’t have a fancy mission statement; we just try to work hard and get the job finished right the first time.
