You can find Eshanya Infra Construction & Consultant over in Azadwadi, Kothrud. We are located at Sr. No. 88/2+B in Vrindawan Colony. It’s a quiet enough corner of Pune to have an office. We do both construction work and some consulting on the side. This means our desks are usually covered in a mix of technical drawings and legal documents. Being an OPC, or One Person Company, means there’s a lot of personal responsibility involved. I’m usually the one answering the phone and checking the sites. Kothrud is a busy area, but Vrindawan Colony has a bit more of a relaxed feel. We’ve been operating from this address for a while now. We don’t use any fancy language to describe what we do. It’s about looking at a piece of land or a building and figuring out how to make it better or build something new on it. We deal with all the headaches like getting permits and finding the right materials. It isn't always fun, especially when there are delays, but it’s the job we chose. We aren't a giant infra company with hundreds of employees. It’s a small, focused operation here in Azadwadi. We take the projects as they come and try to give each one the attention it needs. No big corporate polish here, just a lot of hard work and many cups of tea while we look over the plans.
