Eshaan Anj Buildcon is located at shop number 107 in Kamala Corner. We’re right by Power House Chowk in Chinchwad, which is a pretty easy landmark to find. The shop is small, but it’s where we handle all the logistics for our building projects. It’s often quite noisy outside with the traffic from the chowk, but we don't mind it much. We’ve got a lot of samples of tiles and bricks sitting around the floor, so it feels like a real builder's office. It’s not a place for fancy meetings or anything. We usually just sit around the main desk with a cup of chai and talk about the current project. We’ve been in Chinchwad for quite some time and have seen the area change a lot. The walls of the shop could probably use some work, and the overhead light flickers sometimes, but it gets the job done. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just do the construction work that comes our way. Most of our day involves coordinating with laborers and making sure supplies get delivered to the sites on time. It can be stressful when things get delayed, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent business.
