EQUIROCK INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located in Dighi, Pune, inside the Sainik Residency. We are in Flat 301, right opposite Colony No. 8 in Ganeshnagar. It’s a residential-style area, so it’s much quieter than the main parts of Pune city. Equirock Infra is a small company that deals with local infrastructure work. We don't have a big fancy office with a receptionist. It’s just us working out of a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters, which we actually prefer. We sit around the main table and discuss the day’s tasks over some biscuits. Most of our projects are nearby, so we can drive out to the sites in just a few minutes. It’s a very hands-on way of doing business. We know the local contractors and the people living in the colony. We don't use a lot of technical buzzwords to sound important to clients. We just talk about bricks, cement, and timelines. The work is steady and we like the pace of things here in Dighi. It’s out of the way of the heavy traffic and the noise, which allows us to focus on the details of the projects we take on. It’s a simple, honest life for the people working here at Equirock, and we wouldn't want to be anywhere else in the city. There is always a lot to do, but we take it one day at a time.
