We are based out in Bhugaon, specifically at the Songbirds site on Gat No 274. It's a bit of a drive from the main Pune city center, but we like the space here. Being in the property business means we spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out where things can actually be built. Bhugaon has changed a lot lately, and we've been right here in the middle of it. Our office at Enerrgia Skyi Properties is pretty basic. We spend most of our mornings checking on the progress of various plots and making sure the site workers have what they need. It’s not always smooth sailing. Dealing with property in Pune involves a lot of back-and-forth with different departments and lots of paperwork that seems to never end. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do things correctly. People come by the office sometimes to ask about what's coming up next or to look at some maps. We usually have some chai and talk through the details. It’s a very hands-on job. You get your shoes dirty quite a bit when you're out looking at Gat No 274 or other nearby areas. The weather in Pune is nice, which helps when you have to be outdoors so much. We just focus on the actual building and property management side of things without much fuss. It's just us working through the daily tasks to get things built.
