We are over here at SR NO. 315/1A/1 in Pune, specifically in the Lohegaon area. If you know Sai Park, we’re right there at Plot No. 34 on Khandoba Mal Road. It’s a busy part of the city but we like it here. EnerJetiK-buildcon LLP is basically just a group of us who handle building work and construction projects around town. We started this because there was always a need for honest hands on the ground in Maharashtra. It’s not always easy keeping up with all the paperwork and the heat, but the work is steady. We spend most of our mornings checking on materials and making sure the guys know where they need to be. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get the planning done and meet with people who need things built. We've seen Lohegaon change a lot over the years. More houses going up, roads getting wider. It feels good to be part of that growth. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, drinking tea and looking over blueprints. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone asks us to look at a site, we go out there and tell them what’s what. No fluff, just hard work. Being an LLP means we all put in our fair share. Pune is a big place but staying local in Sai Park helps us keep track of everything properly.
