We operate out of the HDIL Industrial Park in Virar East. Specifically, we are in Building 23, Gala 111. It’s a busy industrial area, so there is always a lot of movement, trucks coming in, and people working nearby. This isn't a retail shop; we deal with medical systems, so our space is more of a workshop and office combined. Being out in Palghar means we have a bit more space than we would in the middle of Mumbai. We spend our time working on the technical side of things, making sure the systems are right. The heat in the industrial park can be something else during the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. We are a small team, mostly just engineers and technicians who know their way around medical gear. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. If you come by, you’ll probably see us with tools or looking at blueprints. It’s honest work. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we know the neighbors in the other galas. It’s a gritty, hardworking environment and that suits us just fine. We aren't here to give sales pitches. We just focus on the equipment and making sure everything is built or maintained properly. It's a long commute for some of us, but we like the community in Virar. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done every day.
