Our place is Encore Engineering Pvt Ltd, located in Kothrud. Specifically, we are at Ujwal Garden in Sainikwadi, near the Old Mundhwa Road and Nishant Wajan Kata at number 8. It’s a bit of a long address to write out, but it’s where we do our engineering work. The office is usually filled with the sound of people talking over plans or the hum of the computers. We’ve got a good mix of folks here, some who have been doing this for decades and some newer faces. Engineering is one of those things where you’re always learning something new, even if you think you’ve seen it all. Kothrud is a busy part of Pune, and there’s always a lot of energy around. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. We just have engineers and a couple of people to handle the bills. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the blueprints and coffee cups, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the projects that come our way and try to do a solid job. People in the neighborhood know us as the engineering lot. We don't need any big signs or fancy advertisements. The work we do speaks for itself in its own quiet way. That’s how we’ve always done it here in Ujwal Garden. We’ve been around for a while and we don't plan on changing much. Regular work for regular people.
