Empee Equipments

Empee Equipments is out in the Chakan Industrial Area, Phase 3. Our specific spot is Plot No. E- 6/5, quite near Nanekarwadi. Chakan is a huge place with lots of big factories, but we are a bit more low-key. We handle various types of equipment that local industries need. The shop is more like a small warehouse. We have a lot of floor space for the bigger pieces of gear. It’s often quiet in the morning until the trucks start arriving. We spend a lot of time checking the equipment and making sure everything is in working order before it goes out. Being near Nanekarwadi means we are a bit away from the main city buzz, but the industrial traffic is always there. We have a small team of workers who know how to handle the heavy stuff. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just supply equipment. Some days we are busy loading trailers, and other days we are just doing maintenance on the stock we have. The weather can be a bit harsh out here in the open industrial patches, but we have a solid roof over our heads. We've built up a decent reputation with the neighbors just by being consistent. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People find us through word of mouth or by seeing our sign as they drive through Phase 3. It's just a regular business doing regular work.
