Empee Equipments Private Limited

Empee Equipments Private Limited is based out of Plot No. E-6/5 in Phase 3 of the Chakan Industrial Area. We are in the Nanekarwadi section, which is a pretty big industrial hub if you haven't been out this way before. There is a Shiv Mandir nearby that we use as a landmark when people are trying to find the plot. The industrial area is always full of noise—machinery, trucks moving in and out, and people shouting over the din. It’s a very busy environment. Our plot, E-6/5, is just a standard industrial space. We have some outdoor space and the main building where most of the work happens. We’ve been here in Phase 3 for a while, watching other factories go up around us. It gets really hot in the summer because of all the concrete and metal, so we keep the fans going all day. Nanekarwadi has grown a lot since we first arrived. We aren't here to impress anyone with a shiny lobby or high-end furniture. We just have our equipment and our schedules to keep track of. Most of the time, it's just us and the sounds of the neighboring plants. It’s a gritty, hard-working part of town, and that suits us just fine. We show up at Empee Equipments, do what needs doing, and that's the day. It's just a regular industrial plot where we keep our heads down and get through the work.
