Elmaya Estates LLP is based in the Aundh area of Pune. Our address is Flat Number 16, on the 4th floor of Chaitranab Society, G Block. 411007 is the pincode for this part of Pune City. Aundh is a nice, green neighborhood compared to some other parts of the city. Since we are in a residential society, it’s quite peaceful most of the time. Elmaya Estates LLP operates out of this flat. It’s not a huge office, just a few rooms where we’ve set up our desks. We have some shelves for all the property papers and a small area for guests to sit. It feels more like a home than a workplace, which we kind of like. There are trees outside the window, and you can hear the birds in the morning. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us handling the daily tasks. We spend most of our time on the phone or meeting people. The 4th floor is high enough to be away from the street noise. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense setup. We don't have any fancy decorations. It's just a place to do business. Getting to Chaitranab Society is easy, and most people in Aundh know the G Block area. We just keep things moving from this little office in Pune.
