Elite Landmarks

Our office is at 93B-6 in Shiraj Nagar, right in Ganeshkhind Phase IV. We are situated across from the Audi showroom and near the State Bank of India. It’s a fairly easy place to spot once you get into the area. Elite Landmarks is a real estate office, but we don’t have those big flashy billboards you see elsewhere. It’s just a regular space where we keep maps, property listings, and a lot of folders. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first moved in; there’s more traffic now and new buildings going up all the time. We spend most of our day talking to people about land or apartments and taking notes on what they’re looking for. Sometimes we're out on the road visiting sites, so the office might be closed for an hour or two while we're gone. We keep a diary on the desk to track appointments, though sometimes we forget to write things down and have to scramble. It’s not a perfect system, but we manage. The office gets a lot of light in the afternoon which is nice, but it can get a bit hot near the windows. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Pune. We just like working in Ganeshkhind and helping people figure out where they want to live or put their money. It’s practical work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening.
