Elements Constro Projects Private is located in Kasarwadi, Pune. We have a good amount of space over at Sagar Complex, covering offices 1 to 18. The address is CTS 2653 to 2655. It’s a big complex and we’ve been here for a while. Kasarwadi is a busy part of Pune, especially with all the industrial and construction activity nearby. Having several offices in one row helps us keep the different parts of our projects organized. It’s not a shiny new glass building, just a solid place where we get our work done. Most of the time, the rooms are filled with blueprints and people talking about timelines. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or art on the walls because we're usually too busy to look at it. We just focus on the construction projects we have across the city. Being in Sagar Complex means we are near the main roads, which helps when we need to get out to a site quickly. The team is a mix of people who have been in the trade for years and some newer folks too. We just try to keep things moving. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. We don't really have a big marketing department or anything. We just use this space in Kasarwadi as our home base. It works for us and has for years. That’s the long and short of it.
