Our office is located in PSC House over in Anand Colony. It’s on Dr Ketkar Marg, just off Prabhat Road in the Erandawne area of Pune. It’s a nice part of town, pretty quiet compared to the main roads. Eleganza Infra Llp is a small team. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. It’s just us doing the daily work of an infrastructure firm. We spend a lot of our time on site visits or sitting in the office going through designs. Sometimes we disagree on how things should be done, but we eventually figure it out. It’s not a perfect environment, but it’s real. We have stacks of paper everywhere and the printer usually runs out of ink at the worst time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Maharashtra. We just want to do decent work that we can stand by. Pune is growing fast, and there’s always something new being built. We try to keep up with the changes. We don't use fancy language or try to sound more important than we are. If you call us, you’ll talk to one of us directly, not a machine. We value that kind of directness. It’s a lot of work, and some days are better than others. We just show up and do our best every day. There is always a lot to learn in this field and we take it as it comes. It's about getting the job done.
