Elated Housing Llp is located over on Mula Road in Khadki. Our spot is at S. No. 52 A/2, which is quite close to Ghadge Land. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded during the rush hour. We have been based here for a bit, focusing on housing projects in this specific part of Pune. The office is not anything special, just a place where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking for a home. We spend a lot of time on-site, so the office is often empty until the afternoon. Khadki has its own charm, even if it feels a bit old-fashioned compared to the newer parts of the city. We like being near Mula Road because it connects us to a lot of the projects we are working on. Most of our days involve checking on construction progress and making sure the workers have what they need. We do not go for big, fancy presentations. Usually, we just show people the actual site and talk them through what we are doing. It is a more direct way of working. There are always challenges, like rain delays or material shortages, but we deal with them as they come. We have built up a small team of local guys who know the trade. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to finish our buildings.
