Ekdant Associates Private Limited

Our place is located in Alandi, specifically in the Narayan Mohod Building at house number 1171. We are right near Awari Hospital, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us in Pune. Ekdant Associates Private Limited is a small outfit, and we mostly handle local building and associate work. Being in Alandi means we get a lot of people coming through for the temples, but our work is more about the ground-level stuff. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a room with some files and a computer. We spend most of our time out on sites or talking to people about their property. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of all the construction nearby, but we don’t mind. We've known the people around this part of Pune for a long time. It feels good to work in a neighborhood where you recognize the faces. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just help people get their buildings sorted out. Sometimes the paperwork takes forever, and we have to explain the delays to frustrated clients. We try to keep it simple and just do the job. If you’re passing by the hospital, you’ll probably see our small sign. We aren't a big corporation, just a bunch of guys working out of an old building, trying to make things work for our families and the community.
