Eisha Property

Our office is based near the NIBM area in Gollarahatti. It’s a part of town that has been growing a lot lately, with new buildings popping up every time you look. We spend our days dealing with property details and talking to people about land and houses. It’s a lot of walking around and checking on different sites. When we are back at the office, we are mostly sorting through papers and maps. The space we work in is practical. We have a few chairs for visitors and a big table where we spread out our documents. It’s often dusty because of all the construction nearby, but that’s just part of being in this area right now. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell people what we know about the plots and the prices. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving between different locations. We know these roads pretty well by now. It’s hard work, especially when the sun is out, but we like being outdoors more than being stuck behind a desk all day. We’ve seen this neighborhood change so much over the years. It’s just a few of us working here, trying to keep track of everything in the local market. We keep things straightforward with everyone we meet and just focus on the job at hand.
