Eden Builders & Promoters Llp

We are Eden Builders & Promoters Llp and we operate out of a basement office on F C Road in Shivajinagar. The address is a bit of a mouthful with the 3/ 929/A F P 313 numbers but we are in Mantri House. Being on F C Road means there is a lot of energy around us because of all the students and the shops nearby. Since we are in Basement No 3 it stays fairly cool even when the Pune sun is really beating down on the pavement outside. It is a bit dark sometimes because we do not get much natural light down there but we have plenty of lamps to keep the place bright enough to see what we are doing. The office is a bit cluttered with blueprints and old binders but we know where everything is kept. It is not a huge corporate office with a receptionist or anything. Usually you just walk down the stairs and find one of us sitting at a desk. We have been in the 411005 area for quite a while so we know the best spots to grab a quick lunch on the street. It is a bit noisy when the heavy buses go past on the main road but we don't mind it much anymore. It is just a practical place to run a business from in a very busy part of town.
