We operate out of South Shivaji Nagar, specifically in Gulmohor Colony. Our office is set up at Dr. Prakash Motiram Mehatagulmohor’s place. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood, which is a nice change from the loud construction sites we spend our time at. Earth Rise Buildcon is a small operation. We don’t have a flashy storefront or a big glass building. Instead, we work from this comfortable spot where we can focus on our project plans and permits. Shivaji Nagar is a central part of the city, so it’s easy for us to get around to different parts of Pune. Our days are filled with looking over site surveys and making sure the laborers have what they need. We usually have a lot of folders stacked up on the tables and some maps pinned to the walls. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us. We aren’t interested in looking like a big corporation. We just want to do honest building work and get our projects finished. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat, and that’s the kind of environment we like. It’s practical and straightforward. We spend a lot of time on our feet, so when we get back to Gulmohor Colony, it’s good to just sit down and get the administrative side of things sorted out. It’s a steady pace of life and we’ve gotten quite comfortable here over the last several years.
