Our office is in the Elora Shopee building in Bhosari. We are in Unit 11 of the A wing, over in Sector 1. This part of PCMC is very industrial and busy, which suits us just fine. Eagleap Developers has been here for a while now. We focus on various projects around Haveli and the Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The office is a simple shop unit, nothing too fancy. We have a couple of desks and a lot of cabinets for all the project files. Bhosari is a place where people value hard work, and we try to live up to that. Most of our day is spent talking to supervisors and checking on the plots nearby. It’s not always easy work. The dust and the noise from the surrounding units can be a lot sometimes. We aren't a big corporate firm with a lot of layers. If you call, you usually talk directly to one of us. We manage the logistics of construction from here, and it can get pretty hectic. Sometimes we are working late into the evening to finish a report or a plan. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just develop land and build structures. It’s straightforward work. We like the local community here and the way business is done face-to-face. It feels more real that way.
