Durvankur Resident Private Limited is based in Baner, Pune. Our office is at Flat 101, Annexure C, on Plot 10. It’s part of Survey Number 88/1. We are right near Anjor Society, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Baner has grown so much lately, it’s hard to keep track of all the new buildings. Our place is more of a quiet spot tucked away from the main noise. 411045 is the local pincode. Inside Durvankur Resident Private Limited, it’s pretty basic. We have some chairs, a few tables, and a cabinet for all the files. It feels like a residential flat because it is one, but we use it for all our business stuff. There’s usually a kettle going for tea in the afternoon. We don’t have any big signs or flashing lights. It’s just a regular door with our name on it. Working in Pune is alright, the weather is usually decent enough that we don’t need the AC on all day. We just handle the residents' matters and the paperwork from these rooms. It’s a local operation, and we like being in this part of town. It’s easy to get to and everyone knows the neighborhood. We just get our daily work done without too much fuss. That’s about it for our little office here.
