Genesis Lifesciences India Pvt. Ltd. is located over at 7 Durvankur Complex. It’s right on the Pune Nagar Road, so it stays pretty busy outside. Being in a complex like this means we have a few other businesses around us, which is fine for company. We’ve stayed in this spot because it works for what we do every day. The building isn't the newest on the block, but it’s sturdy and keeps us out of the hot sun. We usually start our day early to beat some of the heavy traffic on the main road. It gets quite loud with the trucks and cars constantly going by, but you get used to the background noise after a week or two. Inside, we have our basic setup. It’s mostly just shelves, some old desks, and the paperwork we have to keep track of for the office. There’s nothing particularly special about the decor or the way we’ve set things up. We prefer it that way because it’s more about the work than how the walls look. We deal with lifesciences stuff, so things have to stay organized. We don't really have a big sign out front, just the number on the door. People who need us usually find us okay. Pune Nagar Road is long, but Durvankur Complex is easy enough to spot if you’re looking. We like the convenience here for getting things in and out. We just keep our heads down and get things done.
