Our place is over in Bibvewadi, Pune. We have an office in Om Niketan, which is at S No. 679/3B, specifically Flat A5. It’s right near the Market Yard, so it’s a very active area to be in. You can always smell the produce and hear the noise from the market nearby. Dsr Patil Ventures is a small operation. We handle various business interests and property matters from this office. It’s a simple setup with just the basics. We don’t see the point in having a flashy office when we’re usually out on the field anyway. Pune is a city that is constantly changing, and we try to stay on top of those changes. Our daily routine involves a lot of meetings and checking on various bits of work we have going on. We aren't a corporate giant, just a few people working hard to make things work. Some days it’s quite stressful with all the deadlines, but we try to keep a sense of humor about it. The building we are in is older, and everyone knows each other. It’s nice to have that kind of environment. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to do our jobs properly and keep our clients satisfied. If you come by, we might be out, so it’s always better to call first. We’re just regular people trying to build something decent here in Pune.
