We are set up in the Kaspate Wasti area, specifically in the Nisarg Shrushti Anshul Casa building. The survey number is 226/1B. This part of Pune has changed so much over the last few years, going from mostly fields to a lot of residential complexes. We are right in the middle of that growth. Our office is a simple room where we manage our building projects. It is nothing like those corporate offices you see in the IT parks nearby. We have some wooden desks and a lot of steel cabinets for all the legal documents and site plans. Most of the people who work here live close by, so we have a bit of a neighborhood feel in the office. We do not use any promotional language or try to sound like a giant corporation. We are just a small team trying to keep our projects on track. The office can get a bit loud when the site supervisors come in to report their progress. We usually have the windows open to let in some air, though it brings in the dust from the nearby construction sites. It is a very honest kind of work. We spend our days checking figures and making sure the supplies arrive on time. We do not have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar with the deadlines circled in red. It is a basic, hardworking environment for us.
