D.S.Kulkarni Developers Ltd. has an office located in the Yashganga Housing Society in Chinchwad, Pune. We are specifically in Flat Number 4/A. It’s in the Keshav Nagar area, which is a decent part of town with a lot of people living nearby. We aren't in a big glass office building downtown. Instead, we work out of this flat because it keeps us close to the residential side of things. Since we are developers, being inside a housing society actually makes sense. We deal with property and building things, so we see the reality of it every day. The office is pretty lived-in. There are blueprints on the tables and samples of materials in the corners. It is not always perfectly tidy, but we know where everything is. We have been part of the Pune landscape for years. People know the name. We don't try to sound bigger than we are or use fancy words to describe what we do. We build places for people to live and work. It is as simple as that. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for a long time. We know the local regulations and the local people. Some days we are out on sites all day and the office is quiet.
