Drona Associates Development is situated in Lohagaon, Pune. We are right near the Datta Mandir, which makes it easy for people to find our spot. Our office is officially listed under Sapna Raju Khandare at Sr No-82/5. We work alongside the Karmabhumi Developers. It’s a local operation through and through. Pune is growing fast, especially out toward Lohagaon, so there is always something happening with land or new buildings. We spend a lot of time out of the office, actually looking at the sites and making sure things are being done right. When we are in the office, it’s mostly just us catching up on paperwork and talking to people who walk in. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't have any big marketing slogans. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it. The area around the temple is always busy, and we like that energy. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with the traffic and the construction noise, but that’s just part of the job. We have been working in development for a while, and we’ve learned that being straightforward usually makes the most sense to get things finished. We just want to do our part in developing this area without making it more complicated than it needs to be. It’s just us, working hard every day to make sure the jobs get done for the people who live here.
