Dreamcare Developers Private Limited

We run Dreamcare Developers Private Limited from Fl A2 702 in Aldea Espanola. It’s located at SN 12 Mhalunge, Hn-345. It’s a bit of a hike if you’re coming from the main city, but the Mhalunge area is where a lot of the new development is happening anyway. Our office is basically a converted apartment, so it feels quite lived-in. We have our desks set up near the windows so we can see what’s going on outside. Most of our work involves developer stuff, which means lots of meetings with architects and checking on construction timelines. It’s not always the most exciting work, and there’s a lot of waiting around for approvals and materials to arrive. We have a small pantry where we make a lot of tea to keep us going through the long afternoons. The building itself is quite modern, but our office is pretty messy with all the maps and site plans lying around. We don’t really have a big marketing team or anything fancy like that. It’s just us doing the best we can with the projects we have on hand. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just work around it. That’s just life in a developing part of the outskirts. We’re usually here from morning until late evening, just keeping track of things.
