We are located at 9/69 in Agarkar Nagar, right here in Pune. DPJ CONSTRUCTIONS is a small operation that runs out of this space. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street coming in through the windows. We’ve been here for a while now and the neighborhood feels like home. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of rolled-up blueprints. We handle the private limited side of things from this address, which basically means a lot of administrative stuff happens here between site visits. Pune is a big city and getting across it can take forever, so being in Agarkar Nagar is actually quite handy for us. We don’t spend time on fancy advertising or trying to sound bigger than we are. We just do construction. It’s about bricks, mortar, and making sure the measurements are right. Sometimes we’re working on residential spots and other times it’s something else, but the goal is always just to get through the task list. We deal with the local authorities and the workers every day. It’s a lot of coordination. There are plenty of challenges, like material costs going up or finding good labor, but we manage. We’re just a local Pune outfit doing the best we can with the projects we get. 9/69 is where you’ll find us if we aren't out on a site.
