Dosti Packers & Movers

We’re based out of Survey No 7/1 in Jai Malhar Nagar, right near Deccan Gymkhana. If you know Azad Road, we are pretty close to the Purab Hotel. Dosti Packers & Movers started with just a couple of us and an old truck. Moving is a messy, tiring job, and we’ve done enough of it to know the shortcuts around the city. We spend most of our time packing boxes, taping things up, and lifting heavy furniture. Our office isn't much to look at because we are usually out on the road. We see a lot of people at stressful times in their lives, moving house is never easy. We try to make it a bit less of a problem. We aren't a giant company with a fleet of hundreds, but we take care of the stuff we carry. We've navigated some very tight staircases in Deccan Gymkhana over the years. The heat can be tough, and the traffic on Azad Road is often a nightmare, but we manage. We chose the name Dosti because we like to treat people fairly, like friends. It’s just honest labor. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big sales pitch. We just show up, load the truck, and get the job done so people can get settled in their new place. The truck has a few dents and scratches from years of service, but it never lets us down. Our crew is small, but we’ve worked together for so long that we don't even need to talk much to know who is carrying what. We just get into a rhythm.
