Donyi Polo Infra Projects LLP is situated in the Kothrud part of Pune. Our office is in the Shivamrut Building, PL NO 678, which is on the Right Bhusari Colony Road near S NO 98. Kothrud is a very familiar place to us, and being near the Bhusari area makes it easy to get around to different parts of Pune City. We are an infrastructure project firm, so our daily life involves a lot of technical talk about roads, buildings, and construction materials. The office itself is quite plain and functional. We have some desks, a few cupboards full of old files, and a big table for looking at plans. It feels like a place where work actually happens rather than a place for showing off. We are often out of the office for hours at a time, so it can be a bit quiet during the middle of the day. The team is small and everyone knows exactly what they are supposed to be doing. We don’t have a lot of meetings for the sake of meetings; we just talk about what’s urgent and then get to it. Maharashtra is a busy state for construction and we just try to keep up with the pace of everything. It’s a lot of coordination and checking on small details, but it’s what we know how to do best.
