Dnyaneshwari Milk Private Limited is a local business based at House No. 111 in Khadaki. We’ve been part of the Khadaki community for a while now. Our day starts long before the sun comes up, usually around four in the morning. That’s when the milk starts coming in from the local area and we have to get everything organized for the day. The house at number 111 is our main base, and it’s usually a hive of activity in those early hours. We don’t have a big marketing department or any glossy advertisements to show people. Most people around here know who we are just by word of mouth from their neighbors. The work is very physical and sometimes quite tiring, especially when we have to deal with the logistics of moving milk in the summer heat. Khadaki is a quiet enough place, but our little corner gets quite busy with the clink of milk cans and the sound of delivery vehicles. We are just local people providing milk to our neighbors and the surrounding areas. We don't pretend to be some huge company with fancy offices and glass walls. Our office is just a small room in the house where we keep the books and take calls. We believe in doing the work ourselves and staying close to the whole process. It’s a basic life, centered around the daily milk cycle, and it keeps us busy from dawn until we finish.
