D.N.D. Constructions Private Limited is based in Keshav Nagar, specifically in the Kodre Colony area of Mundhwa. We’re right opposite the K.R.B Company on SN-29/1. It’s a busy part of Pune, and the road outside is almost always active with people and vehicles. Our office is a simple setup where we coordinate all the building work. We’ve got a lot of maps and charts on the walls to keep track of everything. It’s not the kind of place with shiny glass walls; it’s more of a working office where things actually get done. We spend a lot of time out on the sites, so the office is often just a place to catch up on calls and finish the mountain of paperwork that comes with construction. The weather in Mundhwa can get pretty hot, so we’re thankful for the fans we have going. We’ve been in this 411036 area for some time and everyone around here knows us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big speeches or anything. We just want to get the projects finished properly. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or the rain slowing us down, but we just deal with it and keep moving.
