Our office is on the third floor, Flat No. 24, over in Anand Nagar, Pune. It’s 411051 if you are looking at a map. The building is a typical Pune structure, a bit older but still in good shape. Working from a flat converted into an office makes the whole day feel a bit more casual. We have our desks set up in what used to be the living area and bedrooms. It works surprisingly well for a small team like ours. The stairs can be a bit of a workout since we are on the third floor and the elevator is temperamental, but it keeps us moving. Anand Nagar is a decent area with plenty of small eateries and shops nearby. We often walk down to grab some snacks or tea in the afternoon. The office is usually filled with the sound of keyboards and the hum of the old air conditioner. We aren't big on fancy office culture. We just come in, do our bits of work, and go home. There is a lot of paperwork to deal with, and we try to keep it all sorted in the cupboards. It’s a plain, honest workspace. We’ve been here long enough that the walls feel familiar. It’s just our little spot in Pune where things get handled. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks in the afternoon, but we just ignore it. It is just a part of being in a residential area.
