We are based in the 411033 area of Pune, Maharashtra. It’s a part of the city that has seen a lot of growth lately. Our office is a simple one where we handle the administrative side of things. We’ve been in Pune for quite some time now and have seen it change from a quieter town to this massive busy city. The office itself is just a regular room with desks, chairs, and some old filing cabinets. It’s not very modern, but it does the job. We start our day early to beat the worst of the heat and the traffic. Most of our work is about keeping things organized and making sure the paperwork is in order. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that; we just focus on what needs to be done each day. The tea lady comes by in the afternoon, which is usually the highlight of the day. It’s a very grounded way to work. We talk about the local news and the weather while we work. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment, just a group of people working together in a corner of Pune. We like the neighborhood. It’s got everything we need within walking distance. The carpet is a bit thin in spots and the printer makes a loud noise, but we don't mind. We are here to work, and as long as the internet stays up, we are happy enough.
