Our place is in Pune, specifically at Kumar Pinnacle on Tadiwala Road. We are in Flat 103, Bldg A/2. It’s more of an office set up in a residential-style building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a standard high-rise. Pune has a nice climate, though it’s getting busier every year. Tadiwala Road can be a bit tight with traffic, especially in the afternoons. We have been working out of this unit for a bit. It’s got enough room for our desks and all the folders we need to keep. We don’t have a big sign outside, just the name on the directory. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get inside. We mostly deal with the day-to-day administration and keeping the records straight. There’s a small balcony where we sometimes take a breather. The building is well-maintained, but it’s definitely a place for working, not for showing off. We know the security guards and the other people in the building. It feels like a small community. We get our work done and then head out into the Pune traffic. It’s a straightforward setup. No need for anything more. The 411 001 area is pretty central, so it’s convenient for getting around the city when we have to. The kitchen area is small, just enough for a tea kettle and some mugs. We don't have a cafeteria, but there are plenty of spots to eat nearby.
